Citrix user get message that resolution is not supported.

The attached file is the meassage that the user gets when launching an app in citrix. When i look at the users resoluiton on him PC it is 1920 x 1080. The only issue this reall causes is that i puts his citrix session in a window with a gray screen. Sometimes this causes problem moveing with in the application. Thanks in advanced for you help!

I have gotten around this my adjusting the monitor resolution to a supported resolution. The use was having a hard time reading the higher resolution anyways so i guess i got around this with out diving into it to much. Thanks LKaushai your information was very valid.
