SharePoint Discussion Board

Is it possible to force text (e.g. questions) in a new SharePoint Discussion Board post so all users who reply can view those questions within their reply window and place their answers directly after the question.  I would like each user to reply to the original post and automatically have the stock questions appear for them.

Do you mean that when someone replies that the original text that they are replying to is shown in the reply window (if that makes sense!)
Like in the screenshot attached?

Yes, that is similar to what I am looking to do.  Any ideas?

What I'm really shooting for is to have the original post re-pasted into a new window every time that a user hits reply.  For example, if you had a list of 3 questions, I am looking to have them in the original post and also have them "blown in" to every reply so that all the user has to do is write the answer directly next to the question.  The reason for this is that the chain is going to be very long and auditors want to ensure that each answer provided is clearly the answer to the question noted.
If the user clicks reply next to the original question then the original post will be quoted in their reply.
If the user clicks reply next to one of the subsequent comments then the previous comment will be quoted in the reply.

Therefore if you want to reply to the original post, would you not just click reply to that?
