"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

very easy.

Create a VM or use a physical workstation and install Openfiler with instructions below.  Once completed you can mount the iSCSI LUNs to ESX servers or physical servers or other VMs as you would in a real world environment

What is your budget?  I may be able to recommend hardware that is on the HCL list so you don't have to plug and pray for it to work
