Title - How To disable SSL encryption on sql server 2008?

I have a server(windows Server 2003 and SQL Server 2008).I installed an application (Written in .NET) which try to access the database on server. But I have received follwing error.

"A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake. (provider: SSL Provider, error: 0 - The certificate's CN name does not match the passed value.)"

But when I try to run my application on other pc and access database remotely then It run ( No problem occured).I have no certificates for database.
Does anybody know Why I cant access the database from my application running on same pc on which sql server 2008 installed.
