Grant User SendOnBehalf-Permission for Distribution Group in Exchange 2010

I try to grant a user the SendOnBehalf-Permission for a Distribution Group in Exchange 2010

I use the following command in the EX2010-Shell

Set-DistributionGroup -Identity "DLName" -GrantSendOnBehalfTo USERNAME

but I receive the following error-message:

Not enough permissions. This task can only be performed by a manager of this group. OperationRequiresGroupManagerPermissions.

The user account I use to start the Ex2010-Shell has Domain- and Enterprise-Admin-Rights.  How can I not have enough permissions ?

Kind regards

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
