Short from setting up the samba share as nabeelmoidu mentioned, you could setup file services for unix  access the files that way:  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=896c9688-601b-44f1-81a4-02878ff11778&displaylang=en
This is also native to 2003 R2 and 2008 server, so you can just enable this option on a server and connect to a share presenting the NFS.
Alternately you could always FTP the files from LINUX to a Windows FTP server on your network and access it that way.

I did some investigation and everything depends on the way firewall analyzer process squid.

it turns out it does it using their log analyzer, so based on that, the first answer remains the best and simplest approach: mount a samba share and let firewall analyzser to pick the logs from there periodically.

based on that I would suggest nabeelmoidu's answer as the correct one
