I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

could you please post the wsync logfile or messages and all errors you see?

Hi merowinger,

That is the amazing thng no errors in the wsync.log file.Downloads all updates metadat info correctly but won't downlaod the updates themselves. And gives no errors in the log.

- You have the current products and classifications listed in sccm (e.g. windows 7 is added on the first sync process) ?
- If you change some settings in sccm, are they applied to wsus config?e.g. change proxy server
- Have you created a upate package? The choosen updates are only downloaded when you assign it to an collection and create an update package
- Do you get an timeout message or anything else? Which message do you get? When do you get the message?
