TFS 2008, SQL Server 2008, Windows Server 2008

I'm trying to install TFS 2008 on SQL Server 2008 and Windows Server 2008.

I followed the doc to integrate the installation with the SP1.  When I'm running the setup executable from the merge folder it is failing during health check.  Output attached.

This is my version of SQL Server
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 (SP1) - 10.0.2531.0 (Intel X86)   Mar 29 2009 10:27:29   Copyright (c) 1988-2008 Microsoft Corporation  Standard Edition on Windows NT 6.0 <X86> (Build 6002: Service Pack 2) (VM)

Has anyone ran into this?
