What phone system are you using? &nbsp; &nbsp; Where is the TFTP server located in relation to the ASA and web filter? &nbsp; Where are the phones located in relation to the same? &nbsp; <br />

The ASA wouldn't be &quot;timing out&quot; any connections like this.... &nbsp; &nbsp; but we can check anyway. &nbsp; &nbsp;If this just started after the new web filter, then that is a red flag right there. <br />

I use an avaya ip office. The tftp server is located in my main plant which connects to the web filter and asa through an mpls connection. I added an exemption rule on the web filter but I think the extra hop might be too much for the tftp connection.

I found there were a couple exemption rules on the webfilter that I missed. Once I put the exemptions in, TFTP transfers seem to be working properly. Thank you.
