After Migrating from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010, Outlook 2007 can't download Offline Address Book

I am migrating from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010.  All mailboxes and public folders replicated fine, but I cannot download the Offline Address Book in Outlook 2007.  When I try to dowload the OAB I get the following message:

Task 'user@test.com' reported error (0x8004010F):  The Operation Failed.  An object can't be found.

My exchange 2010 setup consists of four servers:
2 servers with the HUB and CAS roles installed (I created a CAS Array)
2 servers with the Mailbox Roled installed (USING a DAG)

Any ideas on why I can't download the OAB in outlook is greatly appreciated.  Thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks, but the above link refer to "out of office not working", not the OAB not working.

I could never figured out why the OAB wouldn't download, so I started from scratch, reloaded the exchange 2010 servers and am now able to download the OAB.  I'm not sure what happened during my first installation that wouldn't allow me to.  Thanks.
