Restoring Contacts with BUEXEC 12.5 and Exchange Server 2007

Can anyone tell me a quick way to restore a users contacts in Exchange 2007.  I find the users mailbox in the restore mode, but i dont see an option to restore contacts?  When i select top of information store i see contacts inside that, but when i select that a window pops up which looks like some very advanced options.  Any ideas what to select/not select, i only want to restore 1 users contacts from a full exchange backup that i can see exists.

Thanks

Once i check contacts and click next a options box pops up with many random backup exec options that seem server specfic, basically there is a checkbox that says "disount store and remount store", preservce transaction logs, delete transaction logs etc...  thats the part im confused about...
For grandular restore leave "disount store and remount store", preservce transaction logs, delete transaction logs all the defaults....the store should not be dismounted.
Only thing you you have to look at is Path on Exchange Server for temporary storage of long and patch files...here you need to make sure this path has enough free space to do the restore.    It places temp info there that is the same size of the database.

Any other options that you needed to select?  I'm with you, thought an indivdual item such as contacts would be more intutitive.  Just running into this type of restore now.
