restart service every hour on RHEL4 with cron

I'm trying to get a service to restart every hour in RHEL4 with crontab but I haven't been successful so far.

if I use: crontab -e

and then put in something like:

0 * * * * service <whatever> restart

will that been what I need to restart it on the hour, every hour? And if I wanted it to be 2 hours what then?
