Cisco UCCM (7.0.1) Music on Hold Issue

Greetings all.  I have a multi-site UCCM system running version 7.0.1.  Currently, when calls are placed interoffice, the MoH feature works fine.  We get music 100% of the time.  However, when taking calls form outside the organization, there is never any MoH.  Ever.

I'm putting the MoH into the system via a CD player with a USB connection directly into the UCCM box.

Could this be a gateway problem of some sort?  Could certainly use another pair of eyes on this.

Actually...  we found the solution, by accident, while going over settings again yesterday.

When we upgraded from CCM 4.5 to 7, there were "migrated profiles" that were imported.  None of these migrated profiles had MoH enabled.  Once I turned MoH on for all of those profiles and did a reset, voila, MoH appeared.

So - problem resolved.

Do you have multicast enabled for MOH?
If yes, are all of your routers and switches setup to handle multicast?
If no, do you have different MOH settings for different device pools?
