Outlook not keeping default view

My customer's outlook is not keeping the default view. We can go into the subfolder of her Inbox and then we'll go back to the main inbox and the view sets the way it should be.  We can close out of Outlook, reopen and it goes back to the weird view.  It does not keep the default view. I have gone to custom view reset the view there, I have also did outlook.exe /cleanviews.  I have attached what view it gives when we first open outlook and of how it's supposed to look.  Anything else I am possibly missing??

Do you have any add-ins, then disable them. Start outlook by commandline switch /resetfolders and /resetnavpane

Well, she does have add-ins for her Worksite, which is VERY important.  At this point, to her, I guess we can try anything she's had so many problems and it doesnt haev anything to do with worksite.  I'll see what she says about doing that.  I'll probably get back with you tomorrow.
