Translation pattern

Looking to create a translation pattern in our CUCM 6.1.2.1000-13

When a user calls into our offices and dials extension 1109, we want this call to be forwarded to a cell phone number.

Why not just use forward all and input the Cell Number.

A translation pattern is usually used for translating a outside phone number and direct it to ring a internal ext. Somebody calls 818-555-5555 and I want that number to translate to ext 1111.

In this case it sounds like you want to just forward the ext.

Cannot do a "Forward All" because this extension does not reside any phone in our organization.  The person with the cell phone has no office nor is he an employee.  He is an outside consultant who needs calls to extension 1109 forwarded to his cell phone.
You still should be able to do call forwarding for instance if I wanted to do call forwarding in my enviroment either from the phone or the ext setup in CCM I can input 918189961111 and that would forward calls to my cell. The 9 is needed as it is required to get a outside line.

You might be able to use a Translation pattern but in my experience not what I have ever used them for.
Could you provide more detail on how to set this up in the CCM?  I tried entering the cell number in a  couple of places and it didn't work.
I will take some screen shots and post them for you tomorrow.

I was able to do a "Forward All" within the DN page.  While my page and your screenshot are considerably different, you pointed me in the right direction.  Thanks!
