Netscreen & PolyCom SIP phone

This is what i want to do.

I have a site to site connectivity from head office to branch office. i am trying to configure Netscreen SSG5 in branch office for VOIP network (SIP)
Netscreen Box at branch is also a DHCP server for that branch. i configured DHCP with option 66 and 160 and i can ping my VOIP server at headoffice from branch office.
The problem is that i am unable to register the phone.
what i am thinking is that if need to configure any other custom option on DHCP settings on Netscreen box.

any information will be highly appreciable.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Not sure, but I would use either debug or logs to see what traffic is being blocked, and then allow it.

I hope this helps !
