SQL 2005 Server and SQL 2008 Client

We have recently upgraded some of our SQL servers to 2008.  With that, most of the clients need to be upgraded.  W ehave run into a problem.  On a XP desktop with 2008 client, we are unable to modify a Stored Procedure (or create a new one) on a SQL 2005 Server. It gives the below error.  We are able to creat and modify a SP on a Windows 7 desktop with the same server.  Any ideas.

Transact SQL Debugger is a new component introduced in SQL Server 2008 for 2008 database engine and hence it will not work with SQL Server 2005 or 2000 databases or objects..
