Cat 6 Cable Question

Why does some Cat6 cable have the plastic dividers in and some do not?
And what is the diference between them?

Cat6 usually have a center plastic divider that separates the four pairs.
This should decrease  interruption from one pair to another.
I've never seen Cat6 without dividers.
That plastic divider separates the pairs of wires and prevents cross talk. Also those cables are more rigid.

I have cat6 here with dividers but then another department bought a roll and it does not have dividers (It does say cat6 on the cable) and also they stated that its outer coating is more durable when pulling the cable.
the cat6 will be more rigid when pulling the cable because of the shielding. Shielding helps prevent crosstalk, signal emanations.
Is cat6 all around tha same coating on the outside?
