I have a Windows SBS 2008. I have AVG Antivirus 8.5 loaded on it. I then installed AVG Admin 9.0 on it. When I look in the AVG Admin Server Monitor, it shows that that the server is paused and has the following error:
AVG Admin Server is not running
Could not connect to the database. The error is:
I/O error for file "C:\PROGRAM FILES (x86)/AVG\AVG9ADMIN\SERVER\AVGDB.FDB".
Error while trying to open file: the process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process ...
I cannot stop or restart the AVG Admin Server.
I was thinking of uninstalling the admin console, rebooting and then reinstalling it and rebooting again, but have to wait until after 5PM until everyone is gone. I am logged in remotely trying to resolve the problem.
