Pointsec does not ask him to log in, but Windows ask him to login twice.

I have an end-user he has PointSec Security  s/w loaded on his laptop, Pointsec does not ask him to log in as it should, but Windows ask him to login twice.  I don't have a lot of experience with Pointsec so I'm completely baffeled.  I couldn't find any references to a problem like this anywhere.  I am the third tech to attempt to figure this out.

It appears that you don't have Pointsec correctly configured to use Single Sign-On (SSO). You should be able to get support on changing this configuration from your vendor.

The employee I am working with has been unavailable so I have not been able to try the solution.  I will post something as soon as I try it.
