I have been trying to connect to my new CRM 4.0 server using the Data Migration Manager for over a day now and have had zero success or progress. Every time I enter the Intranet address, I get the following message:
“The configuration wizard cannot connect to the Microsoft CRM server. This might indicate that the server is down.”
I have literally tried everything I can think of, including joining the domain and entering the full URL. I can access the CRM from my computer with Internet Explorer with no problems. Does anybody have any suggestions?
