Setting up Network scanning on a Canon image Runner copier

Can someone explain how you would setup network scanning on a Canon imageRunner using SMB? I've tried reading and following the manual to set it up but just can't seem to get it to work. I have a shared folder setup on a Windows 2003 server that the scans should go in. I setup a generis new user that has rights to that folder (full control). I've attached pictures of what I have to work with so really I just need to know what to put in the empty fields.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You need to go into the local security policy of your server and disable these 2 settings:
Start-->run-->secpol.msc
Microsoft network client: digitally sign communications (always)
microsoft network client: digitally sign communications (if client agrees)
