We are running Blackberry Professional Software for Microsoft Exchange (Version 4.1.4 bundle 183) on SBS 2003 server
Currently we only have 1 user account for testing.
User is using blackberry 9000 bold device having synchronization issues with BB Device
-Whether user opens emails on laptop while in outlook or whether open via webmail on any pc, email on the BlackBerry inbox remains bold as if there were unopened … then user has to open each of the email manually on the BB Device to non-bold them.
- Also turns out that some messages that user delete from inbox in outlook are still on the BB Device, some bold and some non-bold but still in inbox on BB device BUT not in inbox in outlook.
All settings on Server look OK. Do we need to change or check any specific settings on BPS?How can we fix this sync issue?
Reconcile option on BB device is on, we tried to manually reconcile from Device but didn’t help.
Is there any way on BPS we can set sync time between BB device and Server?
