Microsoft Office Picture Manager is not opening after clicking "Upload Multiple" in SharePoint Picture Library
I have MOSS 2007 server farm, and created a picture library in sharePoint site collection.
In some system, whenever click on upload multiple picture Microsoft Office Picture Manager is opening, while in some other systems in the same network Microsoft Office Picture Manager is not opening. We are working on Windows XP.

The Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is the default application is using for opening .jpg images in my system and Microsoft Office Picture Manager is opening after clicking "Upload Multiple" in SharePoint Picture Library, that's I want and perfect.
But in another system, where the problem, again Windows Picture and Fax Viewer is the default application is using for opening .jpg images and when I click "Upload Multiple" in SharePoint Picture Library no any application is opening for uploading multiple picture and by default Microsoft Office Picture Manager should open but it is not opening.
And also I have tested by changing the default appliction handler Windows Picture and Fax Viewer to Microsoft Office Picture Manager for jpg files but still issue is not resolved.

if some computers have additional image viewing/management software installed, they may be preventing picture manager from receiving the call
