pspice and transistor dimmer

I am trying to do the following simulation of part c, however I got the following error:

ERROR -- Convergence problem in DC sweep

  Last node voltages tried were:

(N00199)    2.4001 (N00203)     .7638 (N00209)     .9348 (N00217)     .4674

(N00227)    1.4022 (N00257)    2.4008 (N01638)    1.6006 (N01827)   -1.6006

(N04503)     .1092 (N04958)   -2.5111 (N07526)   -1.9207 (N11412)     .1092

(N20350)   -1.6266 (N21742)   -2.5111 (N22119)    -.3156

  These voltages failed to converge:

    V(N20350)                 =    -1.125V  \    -1.627V
    V(N22119)                 =  -405.22mV  \  -315.63mV

  These devices failed to converge:

**** Interrupt ****

I am trying to simulate the LED by using 3 diodes here. Below is my circuit
I've created the simulation as suggested on the instructions so I am pretty sure I did not messed up there.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I think your voltage source Vcc is backwards.
The (-) terminal should be at ground.
