Backup Software does not see mailboxes due to probably a MAPISP32.EXE error

We work with Ahsay backup software, when the software tries to connect to Exchange 2007 the software blanks out, it seems that it cannot connect to Exchange. I thinks it has someting to do with MAPI and I can see that MAPISP32.EXE is missing in the System32 folder.

Anyone any ideas?

We are having a similar issue. I have found I can fix the problem by downloading MFCMAPI and deleting and recreatng the MAPI Profile. When recreating the profile you must call the profile Online Backup Manager.

This works for me, but a couple of days later the error reoccurs. Stumbled across this post while searching for a permanant solution.
