Collapse/Expand button tooltip is treeview

I have a treeview, where expand/collapse button is displayed in every node having child. The node text is the tooltip for the expand button (+). I have some html tags in node text for formating reason. This HTML tag is keep displaying in tooltip for the expand/collapse button. Its a custom treeview control, inherited from treeview control.

How can I set tooltop text for expand/collapse button for every node.

I have gone through some R&D and found that CollapseImageTooltip propery having default value "Collapse {0}" is responsible for this. same is for ExpandImageTooltip property. But this is for all the nodes of the tree.
