We are using both Office Communications Server 2007 R2 and Live Communications Server 2005 in our organisation. These two environments work very well together, users can communicate and see presence information. However, there is only one OCS 2007 user that has a problem: his presence information is not available to LCS 2005 users. Other OCS 2007 can see his status information without any problems. This is what we already checked:
- LCS 2005 users can see status/presence information of other OCS 2007 users exept this one.
- User logged into Communicator Web Acces to eliminate local client issues, same result.
- Reinstalled Communicator 2007 client.
- Checked "Access Level" settings in client, but everyone is allowed to see status (Company).
Because it is only this user, we ran out of ideas. Any suggestions would be more than welcome!
