Konica Minolta UPDUpdate.exe file. What do I do with it?

I downloaded what I thought were Vista PCL drivers for a Konica Minolta Magicolor 5700.  I ended up w/ the executable shown in the attachment. Initially, I thought that the list box might be a driver list and that by selecting a driver and clicking OK I would push the drivers onto my local machine.  Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to be the case.  When I attempted to find these drivers in my list of Konica Minolta drivers, they didn't appear.

What do I do with this tool?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have these devices been on the system in the past? The new Universal driver is probably updating shared DLL's and it's possible these are still hanging arround after being removed.
