BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 strange page feed on one report

OK here's a good one; I have a report that has been successfully run on my old version of Crystal reports & server for a year plus. I convert it to Crystal Reports 2008 and it runs perfectly within the designer. I upload this report to the new BO server and it runs successfully however for some reason the first page now does a page feed right before the detail section only on page one the rest are fine.

There are times I really hate this stuff - there is a subreport that runs in the report header not sure if that now makes a difference on the server side of things.

Did you change the report?

Is there a new printer on the server?

No I made no changes and I'm using the same printer that the older server is using.

Hi,
I updated the driver on my desktop to match the server. opened the report from server in designer and saved with new driver. It did print correctly from the desktop but same result on server again only on the first page. I did note that if I leave the printer setting to:

Follow Crystal Report Settings and set layout to "Report file Default" it runs successfully, if I attempt to set the printer to the HP the report fails on the server with an error of Invalid printer specified.

It would also help if I spelled the printer name correctly within CMC - I also set the printer specifically for this report and all is well - thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
