Windows XP Mode

I have installed Windows 7 and configured under local admin account.I have also configured Windows XP Mode and install 6 applications in this mode.When user logged on and opened Windows XP mode,he did not have those applications.Can I give user ability to open Windows XP Mode I configured and used under local admin account?

first add them in power users group then try

Added user to the power group
Followed steps provided,when I try to logon as user I receive message "Can't logon.The local policy does not permit you to logon interactively "

Have to add user to remote desktop users group on virtual PC
