Outlook Calendar not updating from BB

I have a blackberry that is set up to do a bi-directional syncronization of the calendar, notes, and contacts from outlook to the blackberry and back.
 
The calendar is not updating going from the BB to outlook, but from outlook to the BB it is fine. I can also do edits both ways and that is fine, just won't syncronize net new items from the BB to the outlook clients.

Also the BB is on a BIS account alone, not a BES.

Any ideas?

If you use Desktop manager,

turn off the wireless sync on the device.

This won't necessarily fix the problem, but may expose an issue where a specific calendar entry on your BB is stopping the process of new BB to Outlook sync.

@_007 Yes, I do have Facebook on this BB.  Actually, the problem is now with 3 BB's.  Two of them have FaceBook but one doesn't.

I've followed the instructions and generated the logs.  I'm not sure what I should be looking for to see where the problem lies.  So, what am I looking for?

3 BBs- all separate, on BIS?  Are they all syncing to the same email address type?  More specifically. is it an exchange server or similar?  It may be a server side error.

In the logs, I would recommend searching for 'error' or ;stop', there are some diagnostic instructions here http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB03069 but I think you need a layer of detail beyond which database component.  It may be a specific message or setting.

I figured out the answer.  I had to reset the service books on them & now they're syncing properly.  Thank you for all of your help.
