Suddenly this morning certain users cannot open MS outlook or login to their webmail.
MS OFFICE OUTLOOK:
Cannot start Microsoft Office outlook. Unable to open the outlook window. The set of folders could not be opened.
Unable to open message store
I beleive the problem is related to their accounts and not their sessions (or local installs) because i can login to webmail on their machine (desktop) as myself and i can duplicate the error they receive when i open a webmail session on my machine with their credentials.
These user all work in a citrix published desktop environment with office 2003.
Last night we had a major power outage which cause most shutdown, i noticed that our domain controller and mail server was down. Citrix servers (where most of these user work) started before the domain controller which caused licensing problems.
