Image is cut off at the top

Working on that.  The top image, picture8.jpg, appears cut off in FF 3.5 and Chrome., but is ok in IE7. I can't figure this on out. Thanks.

Change style="margin-top:-15px" to style="margin-top:-10px" in your outer-most table and you will see the whole image.
