I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Here are two ways to consider :
- Bluetooth transfert from 9000 to 9300
- Use the micro SD card : on the 9000, move (or copy) the picture on the card and then put the card in the 9300

Some other methods, if allowed by the IT policy :
- send picture using MMS
- plug the blackberry to your PC and use it as a mass storage to get the picture

old device doesn't have sim card.

mass storage mode is disabled from server

A guess you could not access to the web with the old one ? Is internet access is permitting, you could post it to facebook for example...

With no Internet, no microsd, no MSM,  no usb, your last chance is bluetooth

could you explain how to do with bluetooth?

PROVADYSCommented:
Be sure that bluetooth is activated on both device.
On the bb9000, for each picture : open it, click the option button and then choose "send via bluetooth" (approximate translation, mine is in french).
You should recieve the picture on the newest one.
If not, there might still be IT policy restrcition

given the restrictions you have, i would ask the IT department to fix this, by dis-allowing the use of the memory card, they are crippling the effectiveness of the device.  if they will not allow you to do it, then they should be the ones to sort the data transfer.  Given they have disabled everything else, i would carefully check you can enable and pair the 2 devices.
