how to resovle MS project 2007 - CICONotCheckedOut - Failed But Not Blocking Correlation - Project Checkin issue

I have googled around for this perticular one no one has fix for this, i tried removing my project professional sp2 on client and applying sp1 with april CU but still same issue, i deleted the proejct recreated same... also i have full configured in house mail server, when i assign a resource and commit him for job he dont get email notification nor does that show in hi my tasks on PWA. what can i do to resovle the issue.

Hi,

this error really has been around a long time (actually since the release of 2007) and to my knowledge only has been resolved with last year's August Cumulative Update. This is a lot newer than SP2 and please be aware that this error is caused by the combination of project server and project client. You ALWAYS should apply exactly the same patch level to the server AND to the client to get a reliable configuration.

well i have sp2 on server and sp1 april cumuletive on project pro on client, thats what i found on google to get fixed, but could not worked out,, i will give it a shot to upgrdade my client to sp2 too which it was aready prior to this error... it should work but i have no idea where can i clear the queue that is stuck .... i have no options even in admin mode to delete the queue... must be possible in sql if some one can link or guide me how i have admin rights to get it done.
