Automatically start VM after booting ESXi

I have a dev box running VMware ESXi in my office that doesn't have a UPS and has been known to restart of its own volition (I set the box to reboot after power failure in the BIOS).

I would like to know if it;'s possible to set a VM to automatically start up when the box is powered up. At the moment I have to connect with Vsphere client and manually launch the VM. This is quite time consuming because Vsphere somethimes can't connect to the box for up to 15 mins after a reboot

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
