Best Shopping Cart Solution
I'm looking for a good shopping cart that can accept paypal, google checkout or credit card. I'm interested in the shopping cart used on www.aceticket.com if its not proprietary.

Open source software is not necessarily the best way to go. The fact that the software is free does not mean that your final cost is $0. You need to take into account the total cost of launching the store and receiving support on it over time.
There are many good shopping carts out there, and this is a good place to do a search: http://www.shopping-cart-reviews.com/
One important element is to make sure that you go with a shopping cart that has been PA-DSS validated. That is: a shopping cart that complies with the PCI Security Standards.
Go to https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/security_standards/vpa/ and - when you do a search - select Application Type > Shopping Cart & Storefront
We hope this helps.

If you go for a hosted service, watch out for bandwidth costs which can be as high as $10/GB
If you end up with a service that chages a lot for bandwidth, look to finding a decent CDN to offset the cost of media download - bandwidth overages can amount to hundreds of dollars.

The hosted solution at BigCommerce.com is very good. Its a hosted version of http://www.interspire.com/shoppingcart/
I like drupal better than magento - probably just because I'm more familliar with it... but magento looks pretty nice out of the box. Drupal can look just as nice though, look at some of these themes for drupal: http://www.topnotchthemes.com/
others:
joomla.org - you will need an ecommerce extension: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/e-commerce
zen-cart.com (based on oscommerce, its a bit old school but used to be one of the better ones available)
Presta Shop - http://www.prestashop.com/
