Relay through exchange 2007

I have a exchange 2007 server which i am trying to configure a Relay for.  We have a HP MFP that uses smtp for Send To Email.

I created a new receive connector and set the remote IP to the IP of the mfp.  On the authentication tab i turned all them off. On the Permissions Group i have Anonymous users checked.

When i try to send to email it is able to send to internal emails perfectly  but when i send to a outside email it fails.  When i look in the logs on the server it says "550 5.7.1 Unable to relay,"

Any ideas if i am missing something for outgoing emails?

Fantastic!!

This step was my problem.  I needed to run from the shell with replaceing "CRM Application"  with the name of the receive connector.
Get-ReceiveConnector "CRM Application" | Add-ADPermission -User "NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON" -ExtendedRights "ms-Exch-SMTP-Accept-Any-Recipient"
