Recording a greeting for AA in Avaya IP Office v7

Please can anyone help. I have just created a second AA and have tried to record a main greeting using short code *8402. However the message that plays back when this AA runs is the one attached to the first AA that has been recorded using *8401. In other words, the second AA plays back the wrong greeting. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

the question and answer is  'how are you getting the 2nd AA to Run?'

I've worked out the problem.  I did not realise that the wav file associated with the second AA needs to have a different name.  The wav file as shown in the file name box in the AA settings panel for the first AA is "mainmessage" and I thought that this was generic.  So I've entered a different name into the file name box on the second AA, rerecored the greeting and hey presto, all is well.

Thanks.
