Group Policy change by Batch File

I want to edit the interactive logon message within the local policy security options.  Can this be done automatically with a batch file?  (Windows XP Pro)

You can run a vb script file from a batch file see the previous answer.

So all you need now is to write a script to modify the local policy.

Yea, that's what I'm looking for here....is the answer to my original question.  How can you edit the local policy within a batch file?  I'm looking for specific commands here, not just a yes or no...
