Windows Server 2008 R2 How to Disable Password will Expire x Days for Domain Admin

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to disable the password will expire in x days for the domain admin account on my Server 2008 R2 DC and member servers.

I tried going to gpedit but the options are all gray-out.

What do I need to do to disable it.?

I only have a few days left.

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
