Win 7 taskbar is invisible, how can I reappear it?

My daughter has made her Wn 7 taskbar invisible.  The start menu button is visible, but nothing else.  How can I make it reappear?

Does it re-appear when you move the mouse cursor to the bottom of the screen?

Right-click the start button & click properties
Click the taskbar tab
Make sure there is a checkmark in "Lock the taskbar" & "Auto-hide the taskbar" is unchecked.

Hi grump:  Lock Tb checked, Auto-hide unchecked.

I changed the theme back to Windows 7 basic and it reappeared.  I'll keep an eye on it to see if it disappears again.

Ahh, in which case it's either a 3rd party screensaver, or make sure that you have your latest graphic card drivers.
