Oracle Weblogic Server deployed libraries targetted list

Is there a way in Oracle weblogic server to get list of deplyed libraries/applications  > targetted servers? I guess should it should be stored some where in filesystem. May be in a xml file?

btw have installed WLS in Linux.

Reason, In one of my envrionment, I'm getting below error
"Failed to invoke startup class "JPS Startup Class", java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:"

So would like to compare all the deployed libraries/application and their targetted systems.

Thanks in advance,
