How to install joomfish package in Joomla

I have Joomla running on Fedora linux platform.
I have down loaded the joomfish from the www.joomfish.net.

Need to install this package for translation of my webpage to another language.
I have tired various means to get the package installed without any success.

Could not relevant info by Google.
Any one with any pointers or steps how to install the joomfish ?

Thanks guys for the links provided.

I was not able to create directory during the installation of the joomfish package.
Managed to get the joomfish installed finally.

Still not able to get my webpage translated.

testez: I would like to install the YOS translator next.
which file should I download. There are 13 files under the YOS translator at the link.
Please advise which packages to down load and install.

I was looking at http://yopensource.com/en/download
Note that YOS translator is not open source.
