I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As par as I amaware cPanel is literally that, it's a control panel it's not a mail system so this sort if feature would be relient on the mail system itself.

As these can be customised/bespoke then your best bet is to contact whomever you buy the service from.

I am afraid that I don't know.  Is there anything in the exim guide about it.  I couldn't find anything in the support docs.

I think what you want is something like webmin -- it has features like cPanel, but can also do services like send and read emails...

and it can forward email by setting up and using alias - which it can also administer -- if you have system level rights.

That sounds like it needs to be setup individually on each mailbox?

You could have the mailboxes all routed to one alias.

Add this in your cpanel-exim's system filter file may be at /usr/local/cpanel/base/eximacl

To copy outgoing emails of entire domain:

if $sender_address_domain is domain.com
then
unseen deliver commonmailbox@domain.com
endif

To copy outgoing emails of indivudual email id:

if $sender_address_domain is domain.com and $header_from: contains "username@domain.com"
then
unseen deliver commonmailbox@domain.com
endif

To copy all incoming and outgoing mails:
if $header contains "domain.com"
then
unseen  deliver commonmailbox@domain.com
endif

You can also have a unseen save, instead of unseen deliver:
unseen save /var/mail/domain.com/mailarchive/.${tr{$sender_address}{.}{_}}.outgoing/

It works for mails sent using server's smtp and webmail.
