switch saved user when using reporting services in the browser

Hello,
may be it is a stupid question.
My browser saved the domain\username for reporting services application, and the login does not pop up anymore. I want to change the user, how can that this done?
Or in other words, I would like the login prompt pop up to be able to log on as another user.

pls help.
thanks,
Immanuel

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It would depend to some degree on which OS you are using. For Windows 7, Open Control Panel
  • Select User Accounts (may require selecting a "classic" view first)
  • Click "Manage Your Credentials" at the upper left
XP is similar, but for the last step select the Advanced tab and click "Manage Passwords."
So is Vista, but for the last step click "Manage Your Network Passwords" near the upper left.
At this point you can locate the particular credential that was saved but that you don't want any more and delete it.

Dear rscowden,

thank you very much! Your solution worked.
for some reason the IP/Computer name was not in the list of passwords, but I added it with the new user, and then it worked just fine.

thank you,
Immanuel
