How to synchronize MS Project tasks with MS Outlook tasks
Experts,
I want to view my Project Professional 2003 program file tasks in Outlook 2007 (preferably, with an associated category to show it is a project task).
I think what I want to do is 'link' them so that they are identical when I open Outlook 2007.
I may lack the skills to form the question, here, accurately and precisely so please be patient with me.
I am just a home user and this is for my own use. There is no network, server or website to consider or think about.
I know how to import tasks from the Outlook application; however, what I want to do is keep the Project 2003 program and the Outlook 2007 application identical so there will be a mirror copy of these tasks in the other application. I do not know how I would automate the synchronization of these two program files.
I understand there must be other considerations in attempting to link the tasks across two applications. Is there more info I need to include in my question?
With so many ways of doing the same types of things, Is this relatively a simple endeavor?

1) Is Office Project Server required for this?
2) Would using MS Access to sync (or import-exporting via Access) tasks between Outlook and Project (for personal purposes) be a worthwhile idea to consider, do you think?

I can award points and close this question with satisfaction if I can manage to get a yea or nay vote on my two questions:
1) Is Office Project Server required for this?
2) Would using MS Access to synchronize (or import/exporting via Access) tasks between Outlook and Project (for personal purposes) be a worthwhile idea to consider, do you think?
I can open new questions from here...

Can this be accomplished without Project Web Access or Project Server?

It appears this requires project web access on a server.
If you only want "reminders" in Outlook for the Project tasks,
