Best book for writing software requirements

My project load is getting unbearable so I'm looking to outsource a few of my projects. I'm looking for a book that will tell me how to write up clear project requirements so there is no confusion.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

A good book is Sommerville's "Software Engineering" which is very useful for project work detailing the software processes. Chapters 6-10 are all about System Requirements and should be what you're looking for.
