How can I import .pst files into user's Exchange mailboxes within Exchange 2010?

I used the exmerege utility in Exchange 2003 to export the contents of user's mailboxes into .PST files.

However, when I tried to run exmerge on the Exchange 2010 server (running Windows Server 2008 R2), I am unable to launch the exmerge program.

I know that there are way of using power shell commands to perform this sort of import, but I am looking for an easier way of performing this sort of import by using the Exchange 2010 Management consolse.

How can this be done?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
